NASA & the Sun

I just got a 4k TV & this was the 1st 4k thing I watched on it in 4k, I know someone else here likes NASA videos so I thought I'd share.

LOL! Leave it to you to do the math. I thought about it but am not quite up to it right now. All I can say is that is dedication… or they simply got paid for doing it.

Yeah I think you are right. Have to be dedicated for such is a work of dedication.

It’s beautiful I used this vid in a blog about the sun as a prop.

It’s so freaking clear & deep. I got VR goggles this week & I’m not as thrilled as I had hoped but they’re still fun for an old fart who dreamed of this day as a child sci-fi reader.

Beautiful – wow! But it looks like it’s going to either blow up or collapse any second. I’m not going to think about it any more.

Fantastic video. I wish I could afford a 4k TV to see it how it should be viewed. Still a great video though, I love these kinds of videos as well as the Hubble and other telescope pics. Thanks

$300, it was cheaper than the 1080p TV it replaced so I got a better TV & saved a buck.

What is it, like 19"? Haven’t seen a 4k for under $1k that was big enough to see the difference, and don’t really have the room for one that is.

55", it’s got no “smart” stuff & it’s got HDMI 2 not 3 inputs. I also bought it at my big box store.

I was pretty thrilled, I was pissed when my TV of a “reputable name” died in under a year & getting better for less was a nice surprise.
